Can you answer these 3 real estate/creditor questions?
1. Will Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure show up on my credit report negatively?
2. Will it affect my chances of buying a home in the future?
3. Why is it said to be a last resort when it sounds like a clean cut and run?

John Beck’s Free & Clear Real Estate System: Is this for real or is it a scam?
This one seems too good to be true, yet they claim that they can’t claim that you can buy government tax foreclosure sales for pennies on the dollar unless it was true.
Does anyone know about this company OR if you can really buy homes for only hundreds of dollars?
Am I a big sap for even thinking this could be for real?

How do I buy foreclosures directly from the government?
Do you have to be a real estate broker or agent (and have brokerage license) in order to buy directly from the government? What prices can I expect on foreclosures in our declining economy? I don’t want to pay anything higher than expected in our current economy. Where can I obtain the foreclosure listings and other info for free? Please direct me to a proper website that explains all this. Thanks.

Questions about buying a specific home and foreclosures?
My grandmother’s home has just been sold. This home has a lot of sentimental value. While I know there is no way that I could persuade the new owners to let me have the home, I am praying that someday in the future this home will be up for sale again and I would be able to buy it. I’m only 22
Let’s say this were to happen. From now until then, what would be the best way to save the money quickly to put a downpayment on the home? I started thinking about buying a foreclosed home in the area in a year from now, but I don’t know anything about foreclosures. All I know about real estate is that if you buy a home and eventually sell it, you will most likely profit from the sale.
Could someone advise me about foreclosures (in layman’s terms, since I don’t know real estate lingo)? And has anyone ever heard of an actual case where this actually happens (my scenario that is)?
I know this is a crazy pipe dream, but I feel like this home needs to belong to a family member, maybe me
I want everyone to know that while I’m only 22, I feel like I would be financially responsible enough to handle this kind of a situation. It requires lots of sacrifice financially, and if that means I only provide myself with essentials to live, then so be it. I have dreamt about having this home since I was a little girl. I can’t see it belonging to a stranger. It has already been very hard on my grandmother, as she is moving out of there because she cannot keep the house up, not because she wants to leave.

Real Estate people. How much does it cost to become a real estate agent so I can buy a home for super cheap?
Basically I know that real estate agents get homes at big discounts at housing auctions/foreclosures/wholesale due to their license. I was wondering could I get into real estate and get the necessary license I need to purchase homes at these discounted prices? And if so, how much would it cost me to get this license..i know there will be tests involved and etc. Im really looking for an answer fro ma professional in real estate.
I would actually be purchasing at minimum, 3 houses. And I would be willing to spend 10k getting license(fees, courses, etc) if it meant I could buy these houses at cheaper rates. I thought real estate brokers received houses at cheaper prices?

If a person is unable to sell his/her house, given today’s fragile real estate market, would the owner be able?
to donate his/her home to charity rather than resort going to a foreclosure? If not, how does a foreclosure affect one’s credit rating/score?
